Job summary

Legends Hospitality is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat beverage service operations. You will directly manage event day staff, oversee high-volume beverage inventory, and ensure compliant service of alcohol while upholding safety procedures.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced events environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in English and communicate effectively.
• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise event day staff and interact with guests.
• Maintain and control high volume beverage inventory.
• Train staff on responsible alcohol service and compliance with procedures.
• Set and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and documented.
• Coordinate with team to ensure service standards and safety policies are followed.
• Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
