Qualifications

• Strong background in beverage operations.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, purchasing, or related role (beverage preferred).
• Experience managing vendors and supplier relationships.
• Proficiency with purchasing and inventory systems; Excel/Sheets essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of every event, ensuring sold scope is delivered flawlessly.
• Collaborate with Events, Beverage, and Service teams to align sales, planning, and execution.
• Support event pipeline management, BEO review, and operational planning.
• Build and maintain SOPs, inventory structures, tech sheets, and processes.
• Oversee event beverage inventory, par levels, and post-event reconciliation.
• Coach event staff on the floor and elevate standards through action.
• Lead post-event debriefs to assess performance and opportunities.
• Provide actionable feedback to leadership and ensure beverage quality.
• Maintain strong quality control across all beverage offerings and execution.
