Job summary

Lightspeed Systems is seeking an Events & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team in Austin, TX. You will coordinate industry events, manage registrations, and ensure the sales team is show-ready, while handling post-event follow-up and CRM hygiene.

You will work under the Events Manager, contributing to marketing campaigns and lead nurturing, and helping ship booth materials and coordinate vendors to keep our events on track.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in event coordination, marketing, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a driving force behind our event presence—research relevant events, manage registration and logistics, and ensure the sales team is show-ready.
• Own the details that keep events running smoothly—shipping booth materials and coordinating with vendors.
• Support broader marketing efforts, including lead-conversion support and CRM data hygiene.
