Job summary

Wander in Austin, TX is seeking an Events Marketer to own Wander and WanderOS events from strategy through follow-up. You will plan and run our presence at industry conferences, host field events, and ensure events convert to real pipeline for the sales team.

You will partner with sales, marketing, and the creative team to deliver thoughtful events, manage budgets, and travel regularly to on-site venues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event or field marketing experience, ideally in B2B software.
• Proven track record planning and running trade shows, conferences, hosted events.
• Strong project management and attention to detail; multitask across events.
• Experience budgeting and managing vendors; on-site execution skills.
• Comfort collaborating with sales and tying events to pipeline; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own Wander and WanderOS events from strategy through follow-up.
• Plan and run presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and field events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative on event deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: vendors, booths, venues, travel, shipping, on-site.
• Track ROI, pipeline impact, attendance, and meetings from events.
• Develop repeatable event playbooks for smooth execution.
