The Hamilton, part of Clyde's Restaurant Group in Washington, DC, is seeking an Events Manager to drive client-focused event planning and flawless execution at a premier venue. You will coordinate proposals, logistics, and vendor orders while maintaining exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of event experience, a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings, and a commitment to delivering superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience executing events - required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings.
• Commitment to superior customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries.
• Assist with creating and revising event proposals.
• Assemble private event packets with layouts and details.
• Assist with final guest counts.
• Submit and monitor vendor orders for supplies.
• Ensure all contracts are approved and confirmed by clients.
• Verify billing information and assist with invoices.
• Coordinate with the Private Events Manager on client communications.
• Assist with setup and layout of event space.
• Support day-of coordination as needed.
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
