Job summary

The Hamilton, a flagship venue in DC, is seeking an Events Manager with a passion for exceptional service and event execution. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with quarterly and sales bonus potential.

This role offers a dynamic work environment at a major live music venue within Clyde’s Restaurant Group. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of events experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, with some weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of events experience required.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings.
• Commitment to superior customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone or email inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Create and revise event proposals.
• Assemble private event packets with layouts and details.
• Manage final guest counts and vendor orders.
• Ensure contracts are approved and confirmed with clients.
• Assist with day-of coordination and setup as needed.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and events.
