You will coordinate client communications, prepare event documents, manage spaces, and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure flawless events.

A high school diploma is required; a hospitality or business degree is preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; professional telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and guests throughout event planning.
• Coordinate event details and document changes accurately.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs and client correspondence.
• Maintain event records and liaise between clients, sales, and operations.
