Job summary

Homestead Gardens Inc. in Davidsonville, MD seeks an Events & Festival Manager to plan and execute seasonal festivals, family activities and community events. You will manage budgets, timelines, vendors and entertainment, and lead event staff and volunteers.

Collaborate with marketing to promote events, build partnerships and sponsorships, and create memorable guest experiences that strengthen our local garden center.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event, festival, or experiential marketing experience.
• Proven success managing public events from concept to execution.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, or community events is a plus.
