Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville, MD seeks an experienced Events Manager to lead our year-round calendar of festivals, customer events, seasonal celebrations at our beloved garden center.

You will plan and execute seasonal festivals, manage budgets and vendors, collaborate with marketing, and lead event staff and volunteers to create memorable experiences for gardeners and families in our local community.

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

• 5+ years of event, festival, or experiential marketing experience
• Proven success managing public events from concept to execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, or community events is a plus
