You will own coordination of space, catering, AV, vendors, and day-of execution, ensuring every guest feels cared for and operations run without surprises.

This on-site role emphasizes guest services, room setup, calendar management, supplies, and post-event reconciliation to improve future events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest services including arrival experience, transportation, signage, displays, and event security so attendees know where to go when they arrive.
• Set up, refresh, and reconfigure indoor and outdoor event rooms to meet event requirements.
• Complete room checks and troubleshoot audio and technical issues before sessions begin.
• Coordinate the master calendar for event spaces and communicate the schedule so the whole team works from one source.
• Manage an inventory of event supplies and reorder as needed.
• Assist with post-event reporting and reconciliation, escalating issues as appropriate.
