You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality customer service, and coordinate with clients to align event programs with stakeholder goals. You will manage budgets, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining safety and facility standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to supervise a events team across locations.
• Experience with budgeting and cost management in events.
• Ability to track KPIs and drive improvements in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of meeting & events specialists; manage schedules and performance.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve complex issues and ensure satisfaction within SLA.
• Monitor event program metrics and drive improvements across processes.
• Collaborate with amenities team to ensure daily operations and safety compliance.
• Recruit and onboard staff or vendors; manage workload and resources.
• Travel between offices as required; act as primary client contact for forecasts and strategies.
