Job summary

R.J. Corman Railroad Group is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to oversee all aspects of company events, from planning through teardown. You will coordinate with internal departments, service providers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities include logistics, parking, transportation, lodging, equipment, signage, safety planning, and attendee communications, with a focus on compliance, inventory control, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, event management, hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned events, including vendor sourcing, logistics, and signage.
• Manage inventory and maintenance of event equipment and supplies.
• Assist with safety planning, venue coordination, and post-event cleanup.
