Job summary

Habitat Charlotte Region is seeking a Grants and Compliance Manager to assist the Events Manager in planning and executing major affiliated events in the Charlotte area. You will handle logistics, note-taking, and event dashboards, while coordinating with staff, volunteers, and community partners.

You will also support content capture for social media and maintain event scoping workbooks, with a focus on reliability and organization.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in event planning preferred.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience coordinating large-scale events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing large-scale affiliate events.
• Maintain and update event workbooks for accurate planning.
• Document meeting notes and distribute recaps to attendees.
• Support content capture for social media and marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage Eventbrite pages with branding and ticketing.
