Job summary

iMBranded in Michigan (Troy) is seeking an Event Project Coordinator to oversee graphics delivery for large-scale events, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and a world-class client experience. You will gather project data from clients and account managers, coordinate with design, production, shipping, and installation, and monitor costs to meet budgets and invoices.

Qualifications

3+ years of project coordination with cost, quality and client services focus.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills for multiple projects.
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication; able to present to all management levels.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end graphics projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans; manage approvals, production, installation, and post-event wrap.
Document customer requirements to internal teams (Design, Production, Graphics).
Input and update work orders; track changes and approvals.
Monitor quality and inventory; improve internal workflows across graphics.
Present project plans and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and invoicing; track spend against budgets.
