Job summary

iMBranded is seeking an Event Project Coordinator to ensure on-time, cost-optimized delivery of graphics for major event projects, partnering with the Event Director to create world-class client experiences across events such as Detroit Grand Prix and other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (project management, advertising, marketing, business administration, event management and/or graphic design).
• 3+ years of project coordination with success managing projects/programs from a cost, quality and client services perspective.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, project trackers).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present to all levels of management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and delivery.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel to local event sites as needed.
• Detail-oriented with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of graphics projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, approvals, production, installation, and post-event wrap-up and inventory.
• Document and communicate customer requirements to internal teams (Design, Production, Graphics, etc.).
• Input and update work orders, tracking change orders and approvals.
• Facilitate issue resolution and elevate challenges as necessary.
• Oversee quality control reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and manage inventory during post-event wrap up.
• Develop, document, and improve internal workflows across Graphics.
