Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business administration, public relations, communications, or related field.
• One year of experience in customer service, administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of effective public relations techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule and manage special event functions.
• Gather information, coordinate client requests, schedule staff and assist the sales manager.
• Respond to questions, solve problems and coordinate with caterers.
• Prepare reports and correspondences.
• Provide information about facilities, programs and schedules.
• Handle visitors' inquiries and manage stressful situations calmly.
• Maintain knowledge of Nauticus facilities and policies.
• Work well in a team and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
