Job summary

JLL in Boulder, CO is seeking a Facilities Coordinator - Events to support on-site events, space management and client/vendor relationships across Google Colorado campuses. You will perform physical setups, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain safe, functional workplaces.

The role requires flexibility for event schedules, strong communication, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while upholding best practices in safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site events, meetings and conference setups, including physical setups.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs, site inspections and safety assessments.
• Respond to work orders and track repairs to completion per KPIs.
• Provide direction to third-party vendors to coordinate onsite activities with minimal disruption.
• Maintain campus records and manage emergency response plans and safety standards.
