Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking an Events Associate to support planning and execution of trade shows, field marketing events, and customer programs. You will coordinate registrations, booth orders, swag, and software usage to ensure successful events, including the Pantheon User Conference.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in event management, strong communication, and a proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced startup environment. Remote candidates are welcome, with on-site opportunities as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in event management or production.

Responsibilities

• Execute logistical tasks for trade shows and events, including registrations, booth orders, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee swag and show supplies, inventory, and shipping logistics.
• Manage event software (Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, Cvent) for effective operations.
• Lead projects for the User Conference Pantheon and related initiatives.
• Support the Events team with budgeting, expense tracking, and other projects.
