You will plan, market, and execute high‑quality events for the King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management, coordinating with clients before, during, and after events to ensure a successful experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and two years of event planning and marketing experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of event planning and marketing experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in higher ed, nonprofit, or agricultural settings preferred.
• Familiarity with catering, AV, transportation, and lodging logistics.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and market large events and conferences, including registrations.
• Serve as on-site client liaison during events.
• Maintain centralized events calendar and logistics.
• Advise on policy and procedure for event planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
