Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Howdy Crew student tour guides and coordinate training and auditing.
• Approve timesheets for student employees and monitor scheduling in When I Work.
• Update training materials and develop campus maps and building location expertise.
• Coordinate specialty visits and major events, including vendor and logistics planning.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and staff development; support event planning and post‑event evaluation.
