Texas A&M University, via the Appelt Aggieland Visitor Center, is seeking a Program Coordinator II to plan and manage major service areas within the Visitor Center. You will lead Howdy Crew tours, supervise student staff, and coordinate events to deliver an exceptional campus visit experience.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, budgeting ability and independent judgment in a fast-paced university environment. Competitive salary and benefits are included.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of related experience in program administration, event management, student advising, or high-level administrative support.
• Experience supervising student groups or employees.
• Experience planning and coordinating events with budgeting and on-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Howdy Crew student tour guides with training, certification and auditing.
• Approve timesheets for student staff and monitor scheduling.
• Maintain tour maps and content accuracy; coordinate sign language and accommodations.
• Lead coordination of specialty visits and major events at the Visitor Center.
• Provide post-event surveys, reports and program evaluations for improvement.
