Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and host resident events that strengthen community connections and create memorable family experiences. The role requires strong organization, high energy, and willingness to travel within the region to deliver exceptional service.

You will collaborate with district teams, marketing, and partnerships to develop engaging programs, manage budgets, and maintain meticulous event records while meeting safety and policy

Qualifications

• Event planning experience; 1–2 years preferred in recreation, hospitality, marketing or related fields.
• Solid computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office, CMS, Google apps (including Gmail) and social media.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning - develop and coordinate all phases of the event planning process with quality and creativity.
• Event Management – manage multiple events, timelines, budgets, risk and logistics.
• Event Production Coordination – execute events on- and off-site, manage setup and teardown.
• Budgets and Contracts - oversee invoices, quotes, and purchasing related to events.
