Job summary

Zinda Law Group in Austin, TX is seeking an Events & Community Coordinator to plan, organize and execute high-quality attorney events, client appreciation programs, and community outreach. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating events, community engagement, hospitality, marketing, or project management.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with event registration platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and PM tools preferred.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as events require.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute attorney events, client appreciation events, networking events, seminars, sponsorship activations, conferences, and community initiatives.
  • Manage all event logistics including venue selection, vendors, catering, registrations, transportation, signage, A/V, giveaways, and materials.
  • Coordinate promotional items, branded merchandise, displays, and collateral for a consistent brand experience.
  • Partner with the Referral Marketing Manager to support referral events and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote events via email, social media, campaigns and other channels.
  • Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, communications, registrations and check-in processes.
  • Maintain event calendars, timelines, budgets, and project plans; ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track attendance, sponsorship deliverables, expenses, and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate volunteer opportunities and community partnerships aligned with firm mission.
  • Represent the firm professionally at events and assist with on-site execution and attendee experience.
  • Evaluate event performance and recommend improvements based on attendance, ROI, and feedback.

Job description

The Events & Community Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-quality events that strengthen Zinda Law Group's brand, deepen relationships with clients and referral partners, and increase the firm's visibility within the communities it serves.

This role oversees the logistics and execution of attorney events, client appreciation events, networking events, sponsorship activations, community outreach initiatives, conferences, and promotional activities. Working closely with the Referral Marketing Manager and Marketing team, the Events & Community Coordinator ensures every event is professionally executed, on brand, on budget, and delivers a first-class experience for attendees.

We believe the collaborative nature of this role is best supported through regular in-person engagement. This position is primarily in-office with some hybrid flexibility and requires attendance at events, team meetings, and other onsite activities. As a result, candidates should be based in or near Austin, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute attorney events, client appreciation events, networking events, educational seminars, sponsorship activations, conferences, and community outreach initiatives
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, registrations, transportation, signage, audiovisual needs, giveaways, and event materials
  • Coordinate promotional items, branded merchandise, event displays, and collateral to ensure a consistent brand experience
  • Partner with the Referral Marketing Manager to support strategic referral events and relationship-building initiatives
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to promote events through email, social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing channels
  • Coordinate event invitations, RSVPs, attendee communications, registrations, and check-in processes
  • Maintain detailed event calendars, timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Track attendance, sponsorship deliverables, event expenses, follow-up activities, and post-event reporting
  • Coordinate volunteer opportunities, charitable initiatives, and community partnerships that align with the firm's mission and brand
  • Represent Zinda Law Group professionally at events and assist with on-site execution and attendee experience
  • Evaluate event performance and recommend improvements based on attendance, feedback, ROI, and overall effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
