Job summary

Legends Global seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead a team in preparing and maintaining the Anchorage Center. The role involves directing conversion tasks, ensuring cleanliness of the facility and grounds, and managing shift coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Alaska driver’s license, and the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing. OSHA familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to understand and complete oral and written instructions.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• High school diploma or GED desirable.
• Valid Alaska Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervises operation, training and cleanliness of supply vehicles, forklifts, snow blowers and man lift when related to the Operations Department.
• Inspects and maintains general cleanliness of the facility and surrounding area.
• Coordinat es training of employees with Operations Manager regarding OSHA guidelines/requirements.
• Generates Work Orders and follows up on repair projects.
• Attends regularly scheduled operational meetings.
