Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations conversion crew member to perform setup/teardown, custodial duties, and equipment handling for events. The role requires physical endurance, ability to lift, and adherence to venue standards.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in a demanding event facility. Basic computer skills, teamwork, and flexible scheduling are important for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing building changeovers in an event facility.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Professional presentation and work ethic.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Support setup activities and custodial needs to meet venue standards.
• Ensure turnarounds and changeovers are completed promptly.
• Coordinate operations with other departments and event contractors.
• Meet with staff to outline daily and weekly work.
• Ensure all assignments are completed during events and shifts.
• Submit maintenance requests for repairs and damages.
• Follow safety policies and dress code.
• Maintain and store equipment properly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
