RiseMe in Savannah, GA is seeking an Events & Catering Manager to plan, organize, and oversee all catering and event activities involving Food & Beverage. You will work closely with residents, dining leadership, and kitchen staff to ensure events are executed with excellence and hospitality.

The role offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$65,000 based on experience, plus a benefits package and opportunities to impact residents' daily experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; ServSafe certification preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, club, hotel, or similar hospitality setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with residents, visitors, peers, supervisors, and team members
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all catering and event activities involving Food & Beverage
• Consult with residents and staff to determine event needs and preferences
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to develop menus and ensure all event requirements are met
• Collaborate with the Dining Room Manager to ensure proper staffing for all events
• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure a high-quality experience
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times
