Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years' experience as an executive chef or sous chef in high-end operations.
• Excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Post secondary courses in restaurant management or nutrition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all kitchens and model hospitality culture.
• Coordinate food preparation for the entire community.
• Maintain recipes and standards to ensure top-quality food.
• Oversee cooking, baking, dietary standards, sanitation and nutrition.
• Train and develop culinary staff and maintain a positive work environment.
