Ripple- in Lafayette, Indiana is hiring an Event Captain who serves as the go-to person during events, resolving issues quickly and helping the team.

When the manager is absent, you oversee team members, ensure guests have everything they need, and delegate duties to complete the shift. You will train staff, interact with guests, handle event challenges, assist the Events Manager, and help close down the event.

• As the Event Captain, you'll be the go-to person during the event - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed
• When the manager is not present, you'll be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring that the guests have everything they need
• Oversee team members and delegate duties to be accomplished during that shift
• Train and develop employees new and existing
• Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service
• Handle issues that may arise during an event
• Assist the Events Manager with any tasks they have
• Close down the event
