Job summary

Platinum Coastal Group in New Orleans seeks an entry-level hospitality team member to support banquet setup, guest service, replenishment, and event-room operations.

The role is on-site with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, and coworkers. Prior hospitality experience is helpful, but training is provided for entry-level hires to develop a positive guest experience.
