Job description

We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live events, community activities, and promotional programs in the local area. This is an entry-level position, and previous event experience is not required. Paid training and hands‑on instruction will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Prepare event materials, displays, supplies, and informational materials
  • Welcome and assist event attendees
  • Provide information and answer basic questions from attendees and community members
  • Assist with registration, check‑in, demonstrations, and information tables
  • Help maintain an organized and professional event environment
  • Support event and promotional activities as directed by the event team
  • Communicate professionally with customers, attendees, and team members
  • Attend scheduled training sessions and team meetings
  • Follow event procedures, schedules, and instructions from supervisors
  • Work collaboratively with other team members during events
