Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of live events, promotional activities, and community events
  • Represent the organization in a professional and friendly manner at events
  • Welcome and engage with attendees, customers, and community members
  • Provide information and answer questions about events, programs, and promotions
  • Assist with event registration, check-in, demonstrations, and informational booths
  • Help prepare event materials, displays, supplies, and promotional items
  • Support the team during events to ensure a positive experience for attendees
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
  • Learn and apply customer service, communication, promotional, and event marketing techniques
  • Work closely with experienced team members and managers to build professional skills

Job description

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and dependable individual for an Entry-Level Event Assistant position. No prior event experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You'll Do
