Base Pay Range

Job Summary

The Events Assistant will handle promotional sales campaigns at various large-scale events related to professional sports, non-profit causes, political organizations, and the arts. This is a highly social role involving daily conversations and dialogue, requiring you to be active throughout the day.

Responsibilities
  • Promote campaign products and services at different venues daily
  • Coordinate logistics with vendors
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting events
  • Assist in managing event budgets and expenses
  • Provide on-site support during events, including guest registration and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
