We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and energetic
Events Assistant to join our team. The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various company and client events. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events
Support logistics management including venue setup, vendor communication, and material preparation
Maintain event timelines and schedules to ensure timely execution
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to meet event objectives
Manage on-site event support, including guest assistance and problem resolution
Help with post-event evaluations and reporting
Maintain inventory of event supplies and materials
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in event planning or administrative support roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexible schedule including availability for occasional evening or weekend events
