Opportunity at a Glance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Events Specialist to join our team. You will deliver top-tier virtual training experiences, managing the entire event lifecycle across platforms like Zoom, Teams, and our Learning Management System (LMS). Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and faculty to ensure professional event execution. This role involves project tracking and support for in-person events, ideal for someone thriving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Execute operational tasks for training events, including virtual classrooms and webinars, with excellent client service.
  2. Set up and manage virtual environments using LMS and platforms such as Zoom, Webex, and MS Teams.
  3. Coordinate with speakers and teams for smooth delivery.
  4. Build relationships with faculty, speakers, and trainers for seamless events.
  5. Travel up to 40% to support in-person training events.
  6. Manage project tracking and documentation using Excel, Smartsheet, etc.
  7. Generate reports and analyze data for continuous improvement.
  8. Handle multiple events/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Perform ad hoc assignments with a can-do attitude.
Qualifications
  1. 2-3 years of experience in events, operations, or training support.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  3. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday).
  4. Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to LMS, Salesforce, MS Office.
  5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Customer-first mindset with a passion for execution.
  7. Ability to work independently, owning projects from start to finish.
  8. Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  9. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
