The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to help ensure each event runs smoothly and aligns with brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events
  • Manage logistics such as venue setup, materials, supplies, and vendor communication
  • Serve as an on-site support contact during events
  • Track inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for staff involved in events
  • Support in post-event reporting and feedback collection
  • Maintain event documentation, checklists, and timelines

Qualifications
