$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Job Summary

The Events Assistant will handle promotional sales campaigns in a pop-up platform. These pop-ups will be located at large-scale events related to professional sports, non-profit causes, political organizations, and the arts. This is a highly social role involving lots of conversation and dialogue daily. Expect to be active and moving throughout the day.

Events Assistant Responsibilities
  • Promote campaign products and services at various venues daily
  • Coordinate with vendors on logistics
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting events
  • Assist in managing event budgets and expenses
  • Provide on-site support during events, including guest registration and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events
  • Assist in coordinating speakers, presenters, and entertainment for events
