Please review our website for more details. Onsite coordinators serve an apartment community for 16-20 hours per week and live onsite for a reduced amount. Offsite coordinators serve for 3-9 hours per week, do not live at the community, and are compensated by an hourly wage.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and host 2-4 monthly events to care for and connect residents, and promote local services and businesses.
• Provide a caring touch to residents and staff, leveraging community support.
• Enhance online reputation by inviting residents to share their experiences.
• Create marketing materials such as calendars, flyers, and social media posts.
• Manage event budgets and prepare monthly summaries.
• Collaborate with staff and program directors for planning and development.
• Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize impact.
• Visit new residents and those nearing lease end to connect with them.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• Basic fluency in English for communication and reporting.
• Current driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to perform duties, including stairs, bending, sitting, standing, and carrying up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work primarily evenings and weekends.
• Ability to commit to the minimum term at the community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in event planning.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Experience with social media.
• Support network of volunteers, vendors, or community partners.
