Job summary

Event Decor & Floral Company in Colorado Springs is seeking a Warehouse Crew & Event Team Member to support warehouse prep, loading trucks, and on-site event setup and teardown.

The role is hands-on and physically active, requiring reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and across Colorado Springs to Denver and surrounding areas.

Starting pay is $20/hour, with opportunities for premium pay and fast-paced growth within a creative events team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or hands-on experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Ability to operate a 26’ box truck.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Pull, prep, clean, and organize event decor, props, and furniture.
• Inspect items for quality and readiness before events.
• Safely pack and load items for transport.
• Load and unload company vehicles and assist on-site setup/teardown.
• Return and store items in the warehouse; maintain OSHA-compliant premises.
