Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work 8+ hours outdoors, and handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment. Potential advancement exists and schedule is released 4 weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and your own vehicle to drive to the venue or vendor sites.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, walk and stand for 8+ hours, and perform manual labor.
• Handle last minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors rain or shine.
• General Handyman skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the event spaces are cared for and inventory amounts are correct.
• Oversee venue setup and moving equipment such as tables and chairs.
• Address maintenance or operational issues during events (e.g., electrical needs).
• Transport guests around the venue using a golf cart.
• Oversee end-of-night cleanup and return the venue to its original condition.
• Serve as a key holder for opening/closing procedures on wedding days.
