Job summary

The Event Vendor Coordinator leads vendor recruitment, supports marketing and promotional initiatives, manages documentation and logistics, and serves as the primary contact for vendors throughout the event lifecycle.

Revenue goals tied to vendor participation are supported.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and executes events from concept to completion with timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Works with venues, suppliers, and contractors to align needs and deliverables.
• Develops event layouts, floor plans, production schedules, and run-of-show documents.
• Oversees event setup, vendor load-in/out, and on-site coordination.
• Ensures compliance with permits, safety standards, and health regulations.
• Manages outreach to secure vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors; negotiates terms.
