Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment's Landmark Credit Union Live venue in Milwaukee seeks an Usher/Ticket Taker. You will greet guests, scan tickets, help them find seats, and verify entry at various levels during events.

You’ll assist with safety and cleanliness, resolve guest questions, help guests with special needs, and support team efforts to close the venue after shows while promoting sustainability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry; assist guests with locating seats and verify tickets for entry to different seat levels.
• Help maintain venue safety, cleanliness and presentation for guests.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems; answer guest questions.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as seating accommodations.
• Guide guests to exits and provide instructions in case of emergency; assist with staff credentials where needed.
