Job summary

Minnesota Orchestral Association is seeking a part-time usher to help deliver a welcoming and efficient experience for concertgoers at Orchestra Hall. You will be part of the Audience Services team, promoting the Minnesota Orchestra through friendly, informed service and adherence to department standards.

Responsibilities include training and mentoring fellow ushers, supporting management on department projects, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of events, policies, and procedures to ensure

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Strong verbal English communication skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Background in music and/or the arts preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a positive audience experience and promote the Minnesota Orchestra by upholding Audience Services standards of service— advocacy, efficiency and courtesy
• Assist with the training and mentoring of other Ushers
• Assist Audience Services Management Team with departmental tasks/projects
