Job summary

DA Brand is seeking a Traffic and Parking Control Attendant to assist with directing vehicle and foot traffic on campus during events. The role reports to the Director of Safety and Security and focuses on safe access to parking areas.

Responsibilities include directing traffic, assisting employees, students, and visitors with directions to campus locations, setting up cones and signs, and coordinating with Safety & Security Officers to ensure a smooth operation during events.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a customer service role.
• Ability to observe and record hazardous conditions in parking areas.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicle and foot traffic during events to ensure safe campus access.
• Provide parking information and directions to employees, students, and visitors.
• Set up cones or temporary signs as needed for traffic control.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate with Safety & Security Officers.
• Work outdoors under varied weather conditions.
