Job summary

LAZ Parking in Inglewood, CA is hiring Traffic Control Officers to direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic during events and help reduce congestion. You will work with a field team, reporting to a supervisor, ensuring safety and customer service excellence.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to work independently or with others, and a willingness to handle challenging situations with a calm approach. Part-time shifts include weekends and afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to direct pedestrian and vehicular traffic safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of independent work and teamwork during events.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic at events for City, Forum, SoFi Stadium.
• Operate a vehicle with valid driver's license for minimum 2 years.
• Work independently or with a team under a field supervisor.
• Resolve customer complaints per policies and procedures.
• Support event enforcement at SoFi Stadium, Forum, Intuit Dome and other events.
