LAZ Parking in Stockton, CA is seeking energetic Event Parking Cashiers to assist guests at concerts, sporting events, festivals and other venues. You will process payments, answer questions, and help maintain smooth traffic flow during events.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Parking, hospitality, retail, or event operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Process parking transactions accurately using cash and other accepted payment methods.
• Issue receipts and provide correct change when necessary.
• Assist customers with parking-related inquiries and venue directions.

• Communicate with supervisors and event staff regarding operational needs.
• Help resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of service.
• Complete required shift reports and transaction documentation.
• Respond appropriately during equipment malfunctions or traffic disruptions.
• Support additional operational duties as assigned.
