Job summary

edgefactory is seeking an Operations & Event Technology Coordinator to keep the Operations & Event Technology departments running efficiently. You will support systems, equipment, logistics, and administration to prepare shows, manage assets, and execute events with confidence.

You will work closely with the Event Technology Coordinator, Event Technology Manager, and Asset Manager, assisting the Director of Operations & Event Technology and helping the department stay organized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination, event coordination, asset management, production logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and extended production hours as required by event schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations & Asset Management functions to keep the department running smoothly.
• Assist with inventory, asset records, and equipment deployments.
• Coordinate equipment prep, scheduling, and logistics across events.
• Track shipping, receiving, exports, and imports.
• Maintain department calendars, trackers, and reporting systems.
