Job summary

One10 is seeking an Event Technology Specialist to deliver expert registration solutions for client events. You will configure registration websites and mobile apps, gather requirements, and manage timelines while supporting the Customer Experience team throughout the event lifecycle.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent, knowledge of event registration tools, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Remote options are available.

Responsibilities

• Consult with event stakeholders to deliver an optimal technology solution.
• Gather and document client requirements and update through the event lifecycle.
• Manage project timelines and communicate changes affecting delivery.
• Configure client websites using the contracted registration platform.
• Troubleshoot registration lifecycle issues to ensure site functionality.
• Perform UAT on sites built and requested by stakeholders.
• Brief the Customer Experience team to support the event.
• Support registration and mobile app questions as needed.
• Configure or support mobile app content, integration, and deployment.
• Familiarize with assigned client accounts to understand priorities.
• Proactively support teammates and drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

The Event Technology Specialist is responsible for providing subject matter expertise for program registration solutions. Understand the client’s requirements of the program and configure registration websites and Mobile Apps to accommodate client and project needs.

Job Description Details:

Scope of Work

• Consult with appropriate event stakeholders to deliver an optimal technology solution based upon event requirements
• Gather and document requirements for each opportunity, and update as appropriate through the event live cycle
• Establish and manage a timeline for each assigned project; promptly communicating changes that will impact the delivery dates and or implementation effort
• Configure client websites using the registration platform contracted for each client
• Trouble shoot throughout registration lifecycle and promptly address issues to limit downtime and ensure appropriate site functionality
• Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all sites built, and other sites as requested
• Prepare and brief the Customer Xperience team to ensure they are prepared to support the event
• Support Customer Xperience team on registration and mobile app related questions as necessary
• Support or configure mobile app content, integration, and app deployment as requested
• Become familiar with the assigned client accounts to understand their priorities, nuances, and key deliverables
• Proactive support of teammates to ensure collective team success
• Drive for continuous improvement through build experience, and leveraging available training
• Performs other duties as requested

Maximum Base Pay

70,000.00 USD
