Job summary

Shelby Farms Park Conservancy seeks friendly Event Support Representatives to supervise on-site events and ensure contractual compliance. You will coordinate with food service and vendors, set up and break down equipment, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Part-time or full-time with 25–40 hours per week, weekend and holiday availability required, ability to lift 25 lbs, and strong customer service skills; hospitality/event experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and dependable.
• Knowledgeable of event operations and setup.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic AV equipment.
• Experience in hospitality or events preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure facility before/after events.
• Coordinate with food service and vendors during events.
• Set up and break down chairs, tables, stages, AV, and equipment.
• Explain policies for facility use to clients.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety.
