Job summary

Shelby Farms Park Conservancy in Memphis, TN seeks a Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing for ticketed events and venue rentals. You will translate sales priorities into compelling content across websites, email campaigns, social media, and onsite touchpoints.

The role is hands-on, digital-fluent, detail-oriented, and grounded in the local events and entertainment landscape. On-site event support and collaboration with sales managers are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, event marketing, or a related field.
• Strong ability to execute marketing tasks accurately and on deadline.
• Comfort using digital tools, CMS platforms, and social media management systems.
• Experience using or willingness to learn AI tools for content creation and iteration.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing tasks that support ticket sales and attendance for SFPC-produced events.
• Build, update, and maintain event-related web content, including descriptions, dates, pricing, and calls to action.
• Assist with email campaign execution by preparing content, links, and promotions.
• Coordinate visuals and messaging with sales managers for venue pages and promotions.
• Ensure venue pages follow established SEO best practices.
