Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Event Day Suites Administrators to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As an Event Day Suites Administrator, you will be responsible for performing clerical, financial processing, and secretarial duties to help the organization run efficiently.

Pay is $18.00 per hour. We offer weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office position.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents.
• Provide basic administrative support for the suite level, balancing end-of-night financials and POS close-out.
• Perform routine clerical duties such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing letters.

What will you do?

• Complete daily tasks including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents
• Provide basic administrative support for the suite level, which includes balancing end-of-night financials, providing answers to suite holder questions, and basic close-out functionality on the POS system
• Perform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing letters

More About You

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills
